持续调适在绿色建筑运营中的应用

摘要：
针对绿色建筑在运营阶段的实际效果开展调研发现，现行标准体系和管理机制均较侧重于建设阶段，运营管理团队水平有待提升，导致绿色建筑实际效果无法达到设计预期。通过实际项目案例，从准备调适、建立基线、实施调适、重复验证4个方面，初步形成了绿色建筑持续调适的工作方法和内容，并通过案例证明了持续调适在提升绿色建筑运行性能方面的价值。
Abstract：
According to the research on the actual effect of green buildings in the operation stage, finds that the current standard system and management mechanism focus more on the construction stage, and the level of the operation and management team needs to be improved, leading to the fact that the actual effect of green buildings cannot reach the design expectation. Presents the working method and content of continuous commissioning of green buildings preliminarily from four aspects of preparation of commissioning, establishment of baseline, implementation of commissioning and repeated verification through practical project cases, and verifies the value of continuous commissioning in improving the operation performance of green buildings through cases.
