百叶窗肋片流动与传热数值模拟与结构优化

摘要:
对某空调器中9管径的百叶窗肋片空气侧的流动与换热进行了详细的三维数值模拟,优化了换热器肋片结构,提出了优化后的肋片结构参数。对比发现,在迎面风速范围内,优化后换热器压降减小,综合性能CPF提高;在换热性能基本保持不变且综合性能略有提高的情况下,换热器体积减小约33%。

Abstract:
Performs the three-dimensional numerical simulation and optimization for louver fin with tube-diameter of 9mm for a conditioner in detail, and puts forward the optimized structure parameters. Comparison shows that the optimization results in a decreased pressure drop across the heat exchanger and an improved comprehensive performance factor(CPF) when the facing velocity ranges from 0.25 to 4 m/s, and the heat exchanger volume is reduced by about 33% under given heat transfer rate and slightly higher CPF.
