南京地区典型居住建筑能耗模型及65%节能措施研究
Energy consumption model and 65% energy conservation measures for typical residential buildings in Nanjing
摘要:
采用DeST能耗软件模拟了南京一典型居住建筑在24种围护结构参数组合及间歇空调运行模式下的建筑全年能耗,并建立了南京地区典型居住建筑的能耗回归模型。同时分析了围护结构热工参数及窗墙面积比对建筑物能耗的影响,并提出了该地区居住建筑节能65%的措施。

Abstract:
Calculates the annual energy amounts consumed by a typical residential building in intermittent operation mode with 24 different envelope property combinations in Nanjing by using DeST software and establishes the regression model of building energy consumption. Analyses the impact of thermal properties of enclosure and area ratio of window to wall on building energy consumption and proposes the 65% energy conservation measures for the residential buildings in this area.
