高活性、高毒性、高致敏性药品生产净化空调设计若干问题的探讨

摘要：
分析了高活性、高毒性、高致敏性药品的特点和对生产环境的特殊要求。根据工程设计经验，探讨了高活性、高毒性、高致敏性药品生产过程中采用的密闭设施，生产区域的压差控制要求、气锁的设置和压差控制手段，生产房间的回排风策略，净化空调系统的过滤器设置策略等。

Abstract：
Analyses the characteristics of highly active, highly toxic and highly allergenic drugs and the special requirements for production environment. According to the experience of engineering design, discusses the airtight facilities used in the production process of highly active, highly toxic and highly allergenic drugs, the requirements of pressure difference control, the setting of air lock and the means of pressure difference control in the production area, the strategies of air return and exhaust in the production room, and the strategies of filter setting in the clean air conditioning system.
