广州地铁车站冷水机组NPLV研究与实践

摘要:

GB 19577—2015《冷水机组能效限定值及能效等级》中IPLV所反映的冷负荷分布、权重系数和平均冷却水进水温度与地铁工程差异较大,这种差异与地区密切相关。基于地铁车站运营数据,提出了广州地铁非标工况下综合部分负荷性能系数NPLV的计算公式;对比分析了近、远期NPLV的不同;初步探讨了NPLV对制冷主机选型的参考价值。

Abstract:

The cooling load distribution, weight coefficient and average cooling water inlet temperature reflected by IPLV in GB 19577-2015 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for water chillers are quite different from those in underground railway stations, and the difference is closely related to regions. Based on the operational data, presents the calculation formula of NPLV for Guangzhou underground railway, and analyses the differences between short term and long term NPLV. Discusses the reference value of NPLV for the selection of water chillers.
