建筑用能的累计值与负荷值——节能与经济性应用研究
Cumulative value and load value of building energy consumption—Energy saving and economical application research
摘要：
建筑用能指标通常有累计值（以kW·h为单位）和负荷值（以kW为单位），在设计和运行阶段，两者对建筑节能和经济性评价都很重要。从建筑与能源系统的角度，探讨了负荷指标所发挥的作用，认为以kW为单位的负荷指标越来越重要，在设计及运行阶段应重视该指标。

Abstract：
Building energy consumption indices usually have cumulative value (in kWh) and load value (in kW). Both of them are very important for building energy saving and economic evaluation during the design and operation stages. From the point of view of building and energy system, discusses the function of load index. Thinks that the load index in kW is becoming more and more important, which should be paid attention to in the design and operation stages.
