| China always pays great attention on the development of green buildings. In past ten years, China green building industry experienced the progress of from few to many, from one building to community and from single city to nationwide. "The thirteenth 'Five-year' Plan for urban and rural housing" identifies that by 2020, the green buildings must account for 20% of urban new buildings. Green building provides people a healthy, compatible, comfortable and high efficient environment. By the end of 2017, there are 10,000 green building labeling projects in China, but the actual green operation only accounts for 6%. What kind of technology will be more applicable to green building? Refrigerating components market in the first half of 2019 With the tight raw materials supply, the price of refrigerants was increasing in the first half of 2019. The reasons include 1) the raw materials of fluorite were increasing due to strict environment policies; 2) summer is busy season for refrigerants sale and the March to June for air conditioner production and May to July for maintenance; 3) the quota of R22 reduced again. Next generation of refrigerants such as low GWPs HFOs is entering into the world market. New standard for air conditioner energy efficiency expects to release by the end of this year The new standard will also have 5 grades. The current Grade 1 of fix speed unit is down to Grade 4 (high energy consumption) of the new standard and Grade 2 of fix speed unit is equal to Grade 5 (entry level). Meanwhile, the current Grade 1 of inverter air conditioner is equal to Grade 2, and so on. Wall-mounted boilers increasing in May The data of Chinaiol showed that, the shipment of gas-fired wall-mounted boilers increased 18.7% to 272,000 units in May of 2019. Among them, the domestic shipment increased 19.9% to 252,000 units and export increased 6.1% to 20,000 units. The year-to-date shipment increased 14.7% to 913,000 units, the domestic shipment increased 19.5% to 853,000 units and export decreased 27.5% to 59,000 units, without optimistic. |
