| With the rapid development of urbanization, urban railway transportation is a vital to address the traffic issue. Until now, China government has approved the railway plans of 43 cities with total 8600 kilometers. Total 50 cities will be involved by 2020. According to the statistic from China Association of Metros, the total investment on urban railway transportation was increased by 14.9% to 547 billion RMB in 2018. As a convenient way for travelling, the energy consumption of railway systems is increasing which has become a huge burden for stakeholders. As one of biggest energy consumers, air conditioning system has great efficiency potential. In this issue, the articles present the environment control of underground railway station and analysis on HVAC system for high and large space buildings of railway industry. |

China refrigerants market in 2019 In recent, China R&AC industry performed well and the price of R22 is still high, causing the shortage of raw materials. The main reasons are: 1) some of the manufacturers have to stop or reduce production with the tighten environment policies; 2) the exploration cost of fluorite continually increased with a long term disorderly mining. The fluorite market kept at 4 million tons a year, which means a tight supply situation in 2019. Green labeling management will be carried out in June State Administration for Market Regulation of China officially launched "Green labeling management for products" which will be implemented on June 1st this year. The Management clarifies that the green labeling will be released by the Administration, an information platform will be established and the application of green labeling will be supervised and managed. Air-source heat pump increased slightly in 1st Quarter In the first quarter of 2019, the domestic shipment of air-source heat pump increased slightly. With a stable situation of whole industry, different products showed different performances. As statistics, the sales values of air-source heat pump increased by 0.6% to 1.6 billion RMB. Among them, domestic water heater decreased by 0.8% to 0.99 billion RMB and commercial water heater increased by 0.2% to 0.44 billion RMB. |
