Building energy efficiency is vital to achieve China's 2030 carbon emission target. China building energy consumption accounts for 20% of the total and will remain increase trend in a long term period, with the development of urbanization, improvement of people's living level and high proportion of Tertiary Industry. "China building energy consumption report (2017)" suggested promoting clean heating, boosting eco civilization and health buildings establishment, so as to push the active emission reduction. |
• Analysis of public and industrial building area data of China based on Taylor-series neural network method • Time series change characteristics and influencing factors of building energy consumption in China • Split model and application of building energy consumption based on energy balance table |

World Ventilation Study shows growth soars in China while Europe regains momentum The recently published BSRIA market intelligence study on World Ventilation: Fans and Ventilation Market shows that China is expected to outpace the growth experienced in European countries which signifies global opportunities. The "rude health" of the residential sector in China meant that sales of fans and ventilation units experienced a "brisk growth" of 21 per cent in 2016, and in Europe, the outlook for the fans and ventilation market is expected to regain momentum, as growth is forecast to hit seven per cent annually until 2022. Southeast Asia Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Market Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) has a strong growth in the South East Asia (SEA) market majorly because of the growing construction sector. The market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.30% during the forecast period (2017-2023). The HVAC market started gaining popularity in the early 20th century and has shown a promising growth ever since. However, the late 20th century brought a stagnation in the growth of the market. Nevertheless, the Air Conditioning (AC) market regained its momentum after the settlement of the global economic recession in 2008. IEA's Renewables Outlook 2017-2022 The IEA's Renewables market report is published annually and forecasts market development in renewable electricity over the next five years (2017 to 2022). Considering that renewable markets are closely linked and politicians are increasingly looking for cross-sector solutions, IEA's most important conclusions cover the renewable electricity in this news article. A lack of data on renewable heating and cooling (RHC) means that the IEA does not provide a separate RHC forecast, but instead uses the World Energy Model results published in the annual World Energy Outlook. |
