基于城市轨道交通地铁站环控系统的在线运维与诊断系统

摘要:

针对地铁站空调系统中的传感器因长时间得不到维护而产生漂移,运维人员不能及时对设备的能效下降作出反应,设备长期处于不合理的运行状态等问题,基于暖通空调设备与管网的物理模型,提出了针对地铁站环控系统的在线运维与诊断系统,并将该系统应用于广州地铁14号线嘉禾望岗地铁站的环控系统。应用结果表明,该系统对于提升地铁站空调系统运维人员工作效率、缩短空调设备故障持续时间、保持地铁站空调环控系统高效运行等具有显著意义。

Abstract:

Aiming at some problems including sensor drift in the air conditioning system of underground railway stations because of less maintenance for a long time, the operation maintenance personnel can not quickly respond to the energy efficiency decline of the equipment, and the equipment always runs in an unreasonable state for a long time, based on the physical model of HVAC equipment and pipe network, proposes an online operation maintenance and diagnosis system for the environmental control system of underground railway station, and applies it to the environmental control system of Jiahe Wanggang station of Guangzhou metro line 14. The results show that the system is of great significance to improve the work efficiency of the operation maintenance personnel of the air conditioning system of the underground railway station, shorten the failure duration of the air conditioning equipment, and maintain the efficient operation of the air conditioning environmental control system of the underground railway station.
