蒸发冷却制备冷水流程的热学分析

摘要:

利用空气-水热湿交换过程湿和显热相互转换的原理,从的角度对蒸发冷却过程进行了重新认识和分析。比较了直接蒸发冷却和间接蒸发冷却制备冷水方式,从损失的角度指出了两种方式制取冷水极限温度不同的本质原因。在换热面积无限大和换热面积有限两类工况下,通过湿-显热转换过程分析了两种不同结构的间接蒸发冷却制备冷水的流程。在换热面积有限工况下,通过显热和湿的转换得到了系统的显热损失平衡的原理,研究了流程内部各环节换热面积分配的优化方法;比较了间接蒸发冷水机的两种不同结构,尝试从系统换热量与制冷量之比、系统总传递损失的角度得出对流程结构的一些新的认识。

Abstract:

By using the conversion principle of moisture entransy and sensible heat entransy in air-water heat and mass transfer processes, presents the thermological analysis of different kinds of evaporative cooling processes. Compares chilled water preparing by the direct evaporative cooling (DEC) process and the indirect evaporative cooling (IEC) process. Points out the essential cause for the difference in cooling capacity limits of the IEC and DEC processes from the aspect of entransy loss. Analyses two kinds of indirect evaporative chiller with different process structure under infinite and finite heat transfer area conditions by using the moisture entransy to sensible heat entransy conversion principle analysis. Under the finite heat transfer area condition, obtains the sensible heat entransy loss balance principle under constant conversion parameters of heat and moisture entransy, gives the optimization principle of inside heat transfer area distribution to each heat transfer or heat and mass transfer units, compares the structure of two kinds of indirect evaporative chiller, and attempts to acquire new understanding of the process structure from the aspects of system total transfer heat divided by the objective heat and the total entransy loss of heat or heat and mass transfer processes.
