摘要：
GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》于2019年8月1日实施。介绍了该标准的修订背景、修订过程及修订的重点内容。该标准构建了新的绿色建筑评价指标体系，拓展了绿色建筑内涵，更新了绿色建筑术语，重设了绿色建筑评价时间节点，增加了绿色建筑“基本级”，增强了评价的可操作性，提升了绿色建筑性能。

Abstract：
GB/T 50378-2019 Assessment standard for green building has been put into effect on August 1st, 2019. Presents the background, the process and the key content of the revised standard. The standard establishes a new evaluation index system for green buildings, expands the connotation of green buildings, updates the terms of green buildings, resets the evaluation time node, adds the “basic level” of green building, enhances the operability of evaluation, and improves the performance of green buildings.
