北京朝阳医院本部通过科学的节能管理使医院能耗比北京市综合医院平均单位面积能耗减少16%。通过分析3 a的能耗，验证了建筑能耗主要为空调能耗。通过空调节能管理使得北京朝阳医院本部空调能耗降低约13%。对空调系统现状进行了调研，分析了其节能潜力。北京朝阳医院本部的节能措施，可为其他医院节能管理工作提供参考。
Abstract：
Through scientific energy saving management, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Headquarters has reduced 16% of energy consumption compared with the average unit area energy consumption of general hospitals in Beijing. Analyses the energy consumption in past three years, and verifies that the air conditioning energy consumption is the key component of the total building energy consumption. The energy saving management can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system by 13%. Based on the investigation of current air conditioning system, analyses the energy saving potential. The energy saving management measures of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Headquarters can provide a reference for other hospitals.
