住宅空调行为调查的现状与问题分析
Analysis on current situation and problems of residential air conditioning behavior survey
摘要：
对住宅空调行为调查的现状、方法和存在的问题进行了分析，发现在住宅空调行为调查中存在调查方法选择不当、调查样本选取较随意、实测调查的样本数量较少、调查参数不全和调查数据不详细等问题。问卷调查法在以往住宅空调行为调查中应用最广，但该调查方法主观性强、误差较大，建议加强实测调查法的推广应用与研究，并提出了做好调查工作的一些建议。
Abstract：
Analyses the current situation, the methods and the existing problems of air conditioning behavior survey in residential buildings. Finds that there are some problems during the survey, such as improper method selection, random sample selection, less sample numbers, and incomplete survey indexes and data. Questionnaire survey is the most widely used method in residential air conditioning behavior survey, but featuring the strong subjectivity and the great error. Suggests to strengthen the research and popularization of practical measurement survey method. Puts forward some suggestions to improve the investigation.
