US commercial building energy consumption survey

美国商用建筑物能耗调研是针对美国商用建筑物的能耗情况、能源使用特性进行的一个大型调研活动。介绍了调研的过程和一些后期的处理工作，将其与美国能源信息机构每年进行的能源供应调查进行了比较，分析了其对我国建筑能耗统计的启示。

Abstract：
Commercial building energy consumption survey (CBECS) is a large survey towards the energy consumption and energy-related characteristics of the commercial buildings in the USA. Presents the whole process of CBECS and some data-processing work after the survey. Compares it with the energy supply survey conducted yearly by the Energy Information Administration (EIA). Analyses its use as a reference to China’s energy consumption statistic.
