建筑节能评价体系的探讨与研究
Discussion and research on evaluation systems of building energy efficiency
摘要：
针对建筑节能狭义和广义两方面意义 , 从能量 、 经济 、 系统的角度出发 , 探讨建筑节能的能量评价法 、 经济评价法和系统评价法 , 提出与三种评价法相对应的建筑物能量集成度概念 、 节能体系寿命周期经济评价模型以及多指标塔式评价体系模型 。

Abstract：
Based on narrow and broad meanings of building energy efficiency，from aspects of energy, economy and system，discusses the evaluation methods of building energy efficiency. Provides a new concept—factor of building energy integration, an economical evaluation model in the whole life cycle of building and a tower-type evaluation model with many indexes.
