对肋片管换热器管外三维流动与传热情况进行了数值模拟，计算结果表明所建立的简化模型是可行的，拟合得到的换热公式达到了一定的准确度。

Abstract：
Numerically simulates the three-dimensional flow and heat transfer conditions. The calculation results show that the simulation model is practicable and the fitted heat transfer formulas have definitive accuracy.
