基于颜色传感器的霜层识别可行性研究
Feasibility study of frost layer recognition based on color sensors
摘要:
针对空气源热泵制热工况误除霜问题,提出了一种基于颜色传感器的空气源热泵除霜控制方法。根据颜色传感器的工作原理,进行了硬件和软件设计,并对霜层识别的可行性进行了试验验证。结果表明,随着霜层生长,输出的R(红色)、G(绿色)、B(蓝色)值逐渐增大,结霜前R、G、B值分别为61、58、56,20 min后分别为114、108、106,可有效识别换热器表面的结霜状况,对未来应用于空气源热泵除霜控制及相关换热器除霜具有潜在的价值。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of false defrosting in the heating condition of air-source heat pumps, a defrosting control method of air-source heat pumps based on color sensors is proposed. According to the working principle of the color sensor, the hardware and software are designed, and the feasibility of frost layer recognition is verified by experiments. The results show that with the growth of the frost layer, the output R, G and B values gradually increase. The values of R, G and B before frosting are 61, 58 and 56, respectively. After 20 minutes, the values of R, G and B are 114, 108 and 106, respectively, which can effectively identify the frosting condition on the surface of the heat exchanger. It has potential value for future applications to defrosting control of air-source heat pumps and related heat exchanger defrosting.
