Abstract：
Presents the key points of the design of technology plan, partition function and equipment configuration for COVID-19 nucleic acid detection PCR laboratories. Analyses the application of four key technologies in the design and construction of PCR laboratory, such as control technology of variable air volume pressure difference, air distribution, ventilation system mode of biosafety cabinet and energy saving technology of laboratories.
