In order to ensure the efficient and energy-saving operation of the water cool storage system in data centers, analyses and studies the cold source optimal configuration of the water cool storage system in a data center in Guangzhou. By analysing the influence of different numbers of cool storage chillers on the number of IT cabinets, the cool storage operation strategy, the initial system investment and the static investment payback period of the data center, obtains the optimal cool storage configuration scheme of the project through comprehensive comparison. Provides a new idea and method for the optimal proportion of water cool storage systems in similar data centers in southern China.
