In order to consolidate the research foundation for the control of the terminal equipment of the central air conditioning chilled water system in large public buildings, according to the relevant provisions of GB/T 19232-2003 Fan-coil unit, under the standard test condition of inlet air dry-bulb temperature of 27 ℃, wet-bulb temperature of 19.5 ℃ and water supply temperature of 7 ℃, tests the flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of a fan-coil unit prototype under variable flow test conditions by means of continuous adjustment. Establishes the quantitative relationship between the relative cooling capacity and the relative flow rate based on the test data of 11 points with the relative flow rate varying from 0 to 160%, and compares with the fitting result of cubic polynomial and the expression of analytical solution. Analyses the influence of structure characteristics, inlet air states, chilled water flow characteristics and moisture separation coefficient on the heat transfer characteristics of fan-coil units.
