Taking an office building in Changsha as the research object, tests the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity of different types of offices and the energy consumption of air conditioning terminals, and analyses the indoor thermal comfort and the operation characteristics of air conditioning systems in office buildings. The results show that the indoor thermal environment is good, the daily change trend of indoor temperature is relatively stable, the humidity is high, and the indoor thermal environment can meet the requirements of the occupants comfort in both sudden change and stable state environments. With the subjective air conditioning usage behavior of the occupants, the daily indoor mean temperature is about 25.1 ℃, which is less affected by the daily outdoor mean temperature, and the cooling time of air conditioners is significantly linearly related to the daily outdoor mean temperature. The air conditioner in the lobby has the highest opening probability, and the average opening probability of indoor air conditioners in the large office is less than that in the small office.
