In order to fully reclaim the flue gas waste heat of a gas boiler, presents a gas waste heat recovery system based on solid sorption cycle. Establishes an integrated experimental bench, and analyses the heat recovery efficiency of the system. Experimental results show that the flue gas temperature can be reduced to about 20 ℃, and the thermal recovery efficiency of the system can reach 87% to 94%. The temperature difference between network water and the flue gas by wall-type heat exchanger can keep within 2 ℃, and the relative humidity is close to 100%. The heat recovery performance of the rotary heat exchanger is mainly affected by the speed. When the speed is higher than 8 r/min, the heat recovery efficiency tends to be gradually steady and can reach about 80% in the optimal working condition.
