With the concept of low carbon during urban area planning stage, renewable clean energy sources will be used to reduce urban carbon dioxide emissions by means of optimizing the energy supply structure. Taking an actual district energy planning project as example, explores a district energy planning scheme through the energy resources evaluation, the load forecast and the energy coupling within the planning scope. Analyses the regional emission reductions of carbon dioxide and the economic benefits during the plan implementing. Demonstrates the feasibility of the energy planning program.
