Field study of thermal comfort in a centrally air-condifioned office building in Changsha

Taking a centrally air-conditioned office building in Changsha as the research object，studies the indoor thermal environment, personnel thermal comfort and adaptive behavior in the office building through a continuous survey and measurement of environmental parameters. Obtains the respondents’ adaptive behavior and the seasonal measured thermal neutral temperature of 27.3 ℃(in spring), 25.4 ℃ (in summer), 23.8 ℃ (in autumn) and 22.1 ℃ (in winter), respectively. The acceptable highest temperature is 27.5 ℃ all the year round. Compares the results with other similar climatic regions.
