Conducts an on-site investigation on several heat exchange stations in the six districts of Beijing, obtains a large number of energy consumption data of heat exchange stations. Develops an optimal energy consumption prediction model of the heat exchange station by the method of multiple linear regression. Presents an energy efficiency benchmarking method of the heat exchange station by the energy-based benchmark method of the US Energy Star. Evaluates and analyses the energy efficiency of an actual heat exchange station.
