Analysis on effect of energy efficiency technology in public building retrofitting

Based on 123 energy efficiency retrofitting projects, summarizes the energy efficiency retrofitting technical system of existing public buildings and the energy efficiency effect of in energy efficiency retrofitting technology, analyses the factors influencing energy efficiency effect and retrofitting quality, and proposes corresponding engineering suggestions. The proposed technical system with the lighting and air conditioning systems retrofitting as core, dynamical system, power supply system and special energy using system retrofitting as assistance, can achieve 21% of overall energy efficiency rate. Based on the real projects, discusses lamp quality and secondary design of illumination, current situation and limitation of variable-flow retrofitting on central air conditioning system, and summarizes applicability and effect of each energy efficiency technology.
