Sets up a rotary wheel dehumidification system and tests the dehumidification performance and contaminant removal performance. Investigates and analyses the effects of regeneration temperature, processed air rate, regenerated air rate, and humidity ratio of processed air on the dehumidification capacity and dehumidification efficiency, as well as the effects of regeneration temperature, processed air rate, regenerated air rate, humidity ratio of processed air and contaminant concentration on air purification efficiency. The experimental results show that the rotary wheel dehumidification system has good performances of dehumidification and contaminant removal. The dehumidification capacity, dehumidification efficiency and air purification efficiency increase with the increase of regeneration temperature. The higher the humidity ratio of processed air, the lower the dehumidification efficiency. The larger the processed air rate, the lower the dehumidification capacity, dehumidification efficiency and air purification efficiency. The greater the regenerated air rate, the higher the dehumidification capacity, dehumidification efficiency and air purification efficiency. When the relative humidity of processed air is lower than 70%, the effect of the relative humidity of processed air on air purification efficiency is not remarkable, and when the relative humidity of processed air is higher than 80%, the air purification efficiency will drop dramatically with the increase of relative humidity.
