Research on influence of different parameters of a new cooling system on cooling effect of data rooms

Aiming at a new cooling system using liquid nitrogen as the heat exchange flow medium and finned tube heat exchanger as the heat exchange equipment, the impacts of operational parameters and heat exchanger structure parameters on the cooling effect of the data room are simulated by CFD. The results show that the inlet flow rate of liquid nitrogen has little effect on the indoor temperature when it varies from 40 L/h to 58 L/h. When the fin spacing of heat exchanger is increased from 7 mm to 12 mm, the indoor temperature and the internal temperature of cabinet increase by 8 ℃ and 2.2 ℃, respectively. When the fin diameter increases from 46 mm to 58 mm, the indoor temperature and the internal temperature of cabinet both first decrease and then increase and finally decrease.
