Research on design software of long-distance steam pipe network

Based on the perspective of engineering application, the hydraulic and thermal coupling calculation model of long-distance steam pipe network is established by considering the mutual influence of the hydraulic and thermal characteristics of the steam pipeline and the change of superheated steam thermal parameters. Taking the Qt5.10.0 as the development platform and coupling the IAPWS-IF97 calculation formula, the design and calculation software of steam pipe network is developed. The program design flow, the pipe network drawing and design calculation module, the heat dissipation calculation module and the water vapor parameter calculation module of the software are presented. The software is used to design and calculate the long-distance steam pipe network of a practical project.
