Technical standards and low-carbon applications of snow sports venues for Beijing Olympic Winter Games

The Beijing Olympic Winter Games concluded successfully, and our country has made great breakthroughs in sports achievement, infrastructure construction and event organization. Snow sports are the important part of the Olympic Winter Games. The snow sports in Olympic Winter Games are presented, the technical standards from the perspective of infrastructure of snow sports venues are summarized, and the HVAC design difficulties, energy saving and low-carbon technologies and snow-making equipment are analysed. In the end, the development prospect of snow sports is discussed.
