Investigation and analysis on energy consumption of a power lithium battery plant

With the rapid development of new energy vehicle industry, the market demand and output of power lithium batteries have been increasing continuously, and the energy consumption of lithium battery production has attracted attention. Through the field investigation of the production process, environmental construction method and production energy consumption of a power lithium battery production plant, the energy consumption characteristics of main production process and the treatment process of air conditioning system are analysed. It is found that the overall energy consumption of the lithium battery plant is high. During the production process, the energy consumption of coating and pulping process accounts for more than 50% of the process energy consumption. In the air conditioning system, the energy consumption of dehumidification air conditioning unit accounts for 62% of the energy consumption of the air conditioning system. Suggestions for energy-saving transformation are given.
