This paper presents the design of air conditioning cold and heat source system, chilled water transmission and distribution system, air conditioning water system and ice field air conditioning system of Qingdao China Resources Mixc urban complex project, and compares the ice storage scheme with the conventional chiller scheme. The energy saving of the distributed secondary pump chilled water system, the control strategy and the actual operation effect of both primary pump and secondary pump frequency conversion system are analysed.
