The cooling load distribution, weight coefficient and average cooling water inlet temperature reflected by IPLV in GB 19577-2015 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for water chillers are quite different from those in underground railway stations, and the difference is closely related to regions. Based on the operational data, presents the calculation formula of NPLV for Guangzhou underground railway, and analyses the differences between short term and long term NPLV. Discusses the reference value of NPLV for the selection of water chillers.
