Study on wind-resistance characteristics of wind curtains of rail transit tall workshops in severe cold and cold zones

The intrusion of cold wind is an important source and core influencing factor of the heating load of rail transit tall workshops in severe cold and cold zones. In order to explore feasible and effective wind resistance measures, establishes a model based on actual engineering, and systematically studies and quantitatively analyses the wind-resistance characteristics of different types of door wind curtains through numerical simulation methods. The results show that, in order to effectively control the heat loss caused by the door normally open, the door should be closed manually or automatically in time when there is no train entering or leaving, and the door wind curtain should be opened to prevent cold wind intrusion when there is a train entering or leaving. For tall workshops in the rail transit field in severe clod and cold zones, double-sided normal temperature wind curtains should be used instead of conventional top-fed hot wind curtains to effectively block the intrusion of cold wind in winter, reduces vertical and horizontal temperature gradients, and creates a comfortable thermal environment for people in the warehouse. At the same time, reduces the energy consumption of the heating system.
