The heat exchange between the exhaust air and the outdoor air of the dual heat recovery heat pump will reduce the available high-grade energy in the exhaust air and increase the exhaust air temperature, thereby deteriorating the working environment of the condenser. Indirect evaporative cooling heat recovery technology can not only reduce the outdoor air temperature in summer, but also ensure that the exhaust air temperature is not too high. Experimentally studies the effect of indirect evaporative cooling technology on the performance of heat recovery heat pumps under standard and variable operating conditions in summer. The results show that under the standard operating condition, the coefficient of performance of the heat pump unit is increased from 1.98 to 2.57, and the energy efficiency is increased by 29.80%, and the system coefficient of performance is increased from 2.17 to 3.61, and the energy efficiency is increased by 66.36%. Under variable operating conditions, the average coefficient of performance of the system is increased by 56%.
