The Shantou Suai Tunnel is an extra-long underwater shield tunnel, with a shield section in the middle and open-cut and burial structures at both ends. Making full use of the circular structure characteristics of the shield, compares and selects four tunnel ventilation schemes, determines the recommended ventilation scheme, which uses the open-cut section with jet fans, the expulsion ventilation shaft, and the shield section with civil smoke exhaust ducts. Combining the location of the wind tower and the pollutant indicators at the entrance, presents the operation ventilation system design. Points out that the operation ventilation scheme is directly related to the driving speed, and the wind tower and the tunnel exhaust mode cannot be simply adopted. The operation ventilation scheme should not only meet the fact that the pollutants at the entrance do not exceed the standard, but also achieve the reasonable allocation of fans and other equipment.
